Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
We recycle water. Water is one of the most important components we use in our process as huge amount of water is used for washing crabs to clean out dirt and saltiness. As we recognize the importance of water, we also recognize that any wastewater coming from our factory must be treated and cleaned.
Our effluent water goes through these stages:
- Pre-Filtration, where solid wastes are filtered out
- Coagulation, where suspended particles are cleared through mixing a coagulant
- Sedimentation, where sludge is separated from clean water
- Sanitation, where clean water is further treated to remove microbiological matters
- Post-Filtration, where residual suspended solids are removed through series of multimedia filter, activated carbon filter, and micron big filter.
The design of our ETP is aimed not only to clean the effluent water, but with the ultimate purpose of recycling it.
